Well, it's been a minute, hasn't it?

Looks like the last time I painted something was February of 2023, and that was a remake of an earlier painting. And before that, August 2021.

I won’t lie, it was a struggle to paint this. Not surprising since I’m so rusty. I also discovered that most of my paints have become very gummy; it was like working with tar. I’ll get some new paint before the next painting.

Yes, there will be a next painting! I miss The Virtual Paintout so much, I’m kind of resurrecting a version of it.

OK. I TOOK A SIDE ROAD AND WROTE DOWN WHERE I WAS AND THEN THE NEXT DAY THROUGH THE PAPER AWAY! I AM NOW LOST ON SOME SIDE ROAD SOMEHERE IN GREECE...I DON'T SPEAK THE LANGURAGE. I DON'T EVEN LIKE GREEK WINE, OR I WOULD STOP AND SQUEESE SOME GRAPES. I EVEN PRAYED TO ZEUS THEIR CHIEF GREEK GOD, BUT HE SAID TOUGH LUCK.

LOST WITHOUT A BOTTLE OF GOOD WINE.
