The City of Love seems like a good choice for February. This is an artsy little square that has lots of caricature artists in the summer. I hit a November location—looks chilly.

Here is this month’s location link for Paris virtual hike.

Paint anywhere within the encircling highway, including the Bois de Boulogne and the Bois de Vincennes.

And here's the link to the virtual hike itself. If you're interested, use my individual link to get a discount on a hike you purchase.

In "looking" around Paris, I chose to be off the beaten path, and selected a metro station at Wagram.  Partially because it is also a small town in Scotland Co. NC, the birth county of my late Dad. Mainly though due to the fact that Wagram, NC is located at the southern reaches of Lumber River State Park and Scenic River, and it was during my career as a park ranger that I met Marla during her brief, but illustrious, time w/ North Carolina State Parks. I am quite thankful that she invited me to participate. It was tremendous fun.
