Via Appia Antica

This month's Virtual Paintout location was Rome.

For such a picturesque place, I had a hard time choosing a scene! This street was kind of on the outskirts.

Although the painting went really well, I made a wise decision to stop short of "finishing" it. So it's a bit sketchy.
